Josephine is doing ok. We had to go to Rileys Children’s Hospital in Indy because we thought she might have appendicitis. However, the fever is coming down and she seems more comfortable. We have to stay overnight. Aaron, Faith, and now finally Jo are asleep. Please pray she continues to improve by morning.
Feeling much better! Hopefully we will be discharged later this afternoon. She is finally allowed to eat and drink which has cheered her up immensely! Once her food digests we will see how her bowel movements are and if there are no complications we should be allowed to leave later!
We’re home!
It turned out to be something viral that has caused the abdominal pain and diarrhea. Her fever is gone her heart rate and breathing are normal now. We are all happy to be home and she has been in a good mood all day today! Thank you everybody for your prayers. It was her pediatrician that said we should go to Riley’s just in case it was appendicitis or a blockage. We are very glad that it wasn’t anything that needed surgery! I just want this weekend to be boring and uneventful!
